Our people
Anuj Chauhan is a distinguished litigation and regulatory counsel practising before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts and specialist Tribunals. His practice is particularly focused on white-collar crime, economic offences, PMLA and anti-corruption proceedings, combining exacting legal research with strategic representation in complex and high-stakes matters. He has served as Additional Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and was recognised in the Forbes India Legal Powerlist 2021. In 2025, he was featured in ET Young Industry Leaders and received an award for excellence in white-collar crime litigation. He is also the author of The Law of Opinion vis-à-vis Handwriting and Voice, published by Thomson Reuters in 2021, and Husband Is Not Guilty, published in 2025.
Sweety Chauhan is an accomplished white-collar crime and financial-regulatory practitioner with more than a decade of experience. A former Legal Consultant to the Enforcement Directorate, she brings valuable institutional insight to matters involving the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, FEMA, the Prevention of Corruption Act and allied economic-offence investigations. Her practice is defined by rigorous analysis of financial records, procedural safeguards and enforcement strategy, enabling clear, measured and effective representation in sensitive proceedings.
